25 Apr 2008 - Budding Footballers Play in Tournament

On Friday 25th April, 8 Year 4 children went to Aston Fields Middle School, Bromsgrove to take part in a friendly football tournament aimed at children who have little experience of the sport.  The children were all mixed up with pupils from other schools in the area and they all had a great time playing football in a friendly atmosphere.

They received a silver FA Cup medal and a certificate presented to them by Andy Sinton, the ex-England and Tottenham Hotspur player.

Well done to Mia Edwards, Emily Smith, Emily Daniels, Jessica Bayliss, Joe Crowther, Joe Godwin, James Dove and Elliott Nolan.

A huge thank you to all the parents who provided lifts as well.
