21 Oct 2003 - Champion Swimmer in Year 5
Ever thought about swimming? Well one year 5 pupil did and is now a champion!!!She has 15 neck ribbon awards and 6 trophies for swimming, she has entered many galas and races.
She couldnt possibly wear all her awards or she would drown!!!
In year 3 at Lickey she won the most improved swimmer award, and was very shocked but now has gone from strength to strength and is out swimming everyone!!
She goes swimming 3 times per week and sometimes even 5 times!! Thats dedication!!!
If she had enough time she thinks the furthest she could swim is 1300 meters, at 2 years old she could swim without arm bands and she started taking lessons at age 7. So in 2 years she has become a champion!!!!
When she is older she would like to be an Olymic swimmer or maybe an artist.
