23 Oct 2003 - Open Evening, the best yet ?
5JV had taken up residence in 6CP's classroom while they were cooking. 5JV were doing Tudor activites such as quill writing and painting.
6CP were in the food technology room making raspberry buns.
In the science lab there was a display of bones which an anonymous student described as disgusting, there was also microscopes, electrical circuits and magnets.
Inside the hall where the school dinners are eaten, the P.T.A were giving out free refreshments. some people who were meant to be cooking in the food technology room slipped away to sample these delicacies.
1HS Mrs Stokes' class amazed parents and pupils alike with the enchanted story sacks.
1CC with Mrs Minns were attracting many hungry pupils who had already devoured the P.T.A's free biscuits. Yum, yum!
2MW, Mrs Warner's class were testing their brains while playing exciting maths games.
2SW, Mrs Whiley's class were doing the same but playing just as exciting literacy games.
We travelled around the junior part of the school collecting data on how many people went to the science lab and I.C.T room.
