19 Dec 2003 - New Theatre Group wow audiences
Pupils at Lickey Hills Primary received a rare treat today when an amazing band of actors visited the school for a surprise rehearsal of the pantomime Snow White.
The director Mrs Budd was so pleased to introduce the panto to an excited audience.
The actors included Miss Bones (the wicked queen) soon to be appearing in 'Literacy' at The Y5 mobile and Miss Bokes (Snow White), soon to be appearing in 'The Numeracy Hour' at that famous venue 1HS.

The 7 1/2 dwarfs (so called because of the height of those famous actresses Mrs Baley and Mrs Bith), excelled themselves with outstanding renditions of the classic songs YMCA and the Fast Food Song.
Featuring guest appearances by Mr Beston and Mrs B, from the film Mice in Black and Mrs Bately, Mrs Been and Mrs Beworthy soon to be seen in Cinderella at 'Any Theatre Please'.
New actor to the group Miss Baughn, made an excellent Prince Charming supported very well by experienced co stars Mrs Barshman, Mrs Bohnson and Miss Roz Bones.
Well done to Mr Bratett, soon to be appearing at Birmingham University, for his serious portrayal of the unhappy king and to Miss Baylor for her masterly performance as 'The Mirror'.
Musical support from Miss Bushton was impresive and the whole performance was held together by the godmother of Fairy Godmothers Mrs Bith.
Excellent!!!
Seriously though............ thank you very much to the staff of Lickey Hills Primary for a brilliantly funny performance, very much enjoyed by all who watched and all who took part.
