On Friday 9th November, 8 Year 6 children represented the school at Kidderminster Harriers annual 6-a-side tournament in Kidderminster.
After a nervy first match which we lost 2-1 to Hartlebury, the children settled down and started to play to higher standard. In fact, they went on to win their next 4 matches! Unfortunately we missed out on qualifying for the semi-finals by 1 point. A big well done to Corey Pritchard, Jamie Callaghan, Harry Day, William O' Donnell, Macauley Bishop, George Dealaselle, Reece Smith and Joe Ward.
On Friday 16th November, 9 Year 4 children went to Alvechurch Middle School to take part in a 7-a-side tournament. Considering the children had never played as a team before they all did brilliantly. They won 2 games and lost 2 games, eventually finishing 3rd. The children worked really well as a team and showed impressive levels of fitness on some very muddy pitches. Well done to Reece Reynolds, Luke Smith, Nick Alger, George Shore, Jade Colebrooke, Grace Clarke, Hiram Mildner, Jai Forrester and Joe Revill.
